From what I understand, “whispers” were what private messages were called on twitch. And it’s “then existing,” I don’t use twitch, but I guess it doesn’t exist anymore, that’s what they mean. Pretty poor wording though, don’t blame you for not knowing what the hell they mean.

Longer still : she was stalked/had her face photoshopped onto actual child porn. Gave detailed info about the child porn, including who/where/etc. Cops did literaly nothing.
basically no company wants the bad PR. If it had come out twitch would be known as the platform with pedos and parents wouldn’t let their kids use it resulting in the platform becoming obsolete.
