    The same is true for all companies’ self driving cars, and the companies would gladly sell all that data to China or any other government

    Oof, the USA is a prime place for these sorts of tests as we’re so lax with data security policies. The government needs to do more to curtail such behavior that a foreign country is engaging in on US soil. However, our government needs to actually function to make this a possibility.

    Its not like the entire US isnt already mapped and photographed on Google maps, freely available for them to use.

      More likely mapping probable routes for supply lines. In turn if they get a self driving application, they’ll sell our data back to us in the form of that application

    I’m sure those American Corpos dont have infallible security on their databases either. Could get much more information hacking them and their “partners”.
