We don’t have vast swaths of Frozen Tundras. This isn’t Alaska.
And it’s actually stored south not north.

But the premise of the trolley problem already has some element of sabotage considering there’s people tied up on the track. I’d imagine if they would do that, they’d also break the trolley brakes. And that the villain likely would have done this at a depot yard because of what you said.
I mean, you’re pretty knowledgeable about this; if you, for whatever reason, and others, decided to tie people down at the depot and incapacitate the workers, surely you with your knowledge and expertise could find a way to disable the brakes and have the trolley go as fast as possible, right?
Finland smaller tho.
If Finland could find space, Germany definitely can.
But it’s a trolley, not a train
Even you were talking about the dad, why did the kid suffer because of the mom? He won’t be blind to their actions regardless
I don’t think the guy would be pondering on here about going if he didn’t love his kid and didn’t want to spend time with him.
I’d say do it.
If anything, consider it a win that your kid loves you enough to insist on you going. It could even be a sign that he sees what she did as wrong. Kids aren’t dumb. I can tell you I liked my mom more than my dad in part because he cheated on her. Most likely he just wants to go to the Maldives, but he really really just doesn’t want to go with them. Going with you could be his own sense of justice in all this.
I’d say make sure he can stay with you tho instead of them. I get the feeling that’s what he wants.
Childcare… Of his own son?..
You know parents who, you know, love their children, actually want to spend time with them, right?
Has this guy made a pact with Satan or what?
Well, we have a pandemic and 2 growing wars, so if a major famine occurs next, definitely a maybe
Afraid not, because 7 8 9.
Republicans literally wrote a playbook on how they’re going to do it called Project 2025 ya dunce.
It’s clear Americans need to learn the hard way just like Europe did a long time ago.
As someone who’s only read the title, I don’t think I’d like this book.
I’ve made bread before, a lot actually. Many kinds with different flours.
But I’ve used yeast for years because I couldn’t have added phosphorus due to kidney failure (which baking powder has in it). I’ve also had other less commonly used raising agents like cream of tartar and yogurt. I also made it by hand because could not afford a bread machine or had the space for it. It’s extremely messy.
That said, if you’re using baking powder and a bread machine, you might as well just get bread from the store. You’re just doing the same as a factory does really. And I’m some cases maybe worse since some factory bread is made with yeast instead anyway.
If you want fresh bread, you can in most cases just go to a bakery section too these days, from what I remember when I lived in the USA. In EU basically every store has a bakery section with bread made daily tho.
Actually had a friend in highschool with that name
Okay but have you considered
Or a man that doesn’t use a phone, only a laptop.
Or a non-binary that doesn’t use any technology.
Or a clone of herself, that way she’s just showing herself her own phone.
They still lay about 24 eggs a month, sometimes more sometimes less depending on the temperature and if there’s a rooster around. Again, we had the wild breed of chicken (Gallus gallus). We also had guinea fowl and ducks.
It’s an animal that can reproduce a lot. Don’t know why people find that hard to believe but don’t bat an eye at the reproduction rates of rabbits.
You could do 10-40 people. The trolley problem isn’t about it being specifically 1-3 people.
So, instead of a runaway trolley, what if the villain themselves was inside driving it towards either 10 people or 30 people? Of course with a team helping them execute this thing. Wouldn’t it be easier if someone was driving the trolley instead of it being empty?
Well duh, but the trolley problem was never about the ethics of who orchestrated the attack, but rather whoever made it on time to the track switch. Apathy still shows something.
That said, you’d be a great consult of DC ever wanted to make a Batman comic in which the Joker executes the plans for a Trolley Problem, as it’s definitely something he’d do to Batman. He’d definitely be the time to research trolleys, has a gang to help him do what you said, and would have no qualms driving the trolley himself. Plus could easily take place in the 60s to 80s.
