Similar thing happening Romania too, it’s disheartening but in a country where the meat industry was already hit hard I can understand the economic reasons behind it, but that doesn’t mean I’m a fan of it.
Of course a lot of people are also just afraid of anything synthetic and “unnatural”, falling into the same category as GMOs.
Dark Souls, took a partner to get me to give it another shot, I’ve played all souls games since lmao
Kinda surprised, I’ve fully moved over myself now, even if I don’t always use the chat gpt stuff, the lil embed on the side had been quite helpful
And I’m 100% you’re either testing incorrectly or have some issue that makes it so you can’t see high FPS or something. I could definitely tell the difference between 20, 60 and 165fps, maybe not small increments like going from 140 to 160, but it’s definitely noticeable when things are suddenly smoother. Sure you can fake some of it with motion blur and good frame pacing, but high FPS is definitely noticeable, at least in my case up to 160, but I haven’t got a monitor that goes higher to compare.
But I rewrote it in the comment you just replied to based on the accurate wording 😅
Tbh I just wrote it from memory as I’m on my phone: Bumble CEO steps down as college students dump dating apps
And I have to disagree, it definitely is a causality thing in a weird way, sure they happen at the same time-ish but it implies a connection between the former and the latter — the latter being used as a reference point around which the former is explained to have happened.
Then it should be the other way around “CEO forced to step down as college students aren’t using the app anymore”, the latter caused the former.
Maybe if they hadn’t already harvest my data for decades. Now that it’s no longer as profitable they want me to pay to just avoid being nagged?
About to? It was already feasting on their next week lunch when it comes to UX and UI work, instead of making XD into a good competitor they just wanted to take the easy way out
Gets rid of any added substances, lessens the “forbidden fruit” appeal of drugs and implements safety checks so if you do OD or are worried you’ve OD’d you’re not afraid to call the ambulance.
As a UI designer, no it’s not just them. We need to know how people are using features to know if we should prioritise or deprioritise work on them and what work we might want to put in them.
Why does it need to be the open source version?
