he was like 24-25 when Wolfenstein 3D came out (having designed like half the levels) and continued on, being an integral part of Doom, Doom 2, Hexen and Quake
You are here
dang, how does it know, that’s crazy
well, I can only speak from my own experience. I forget the exact prescription but my eyes were also slightly off so one was worse than the other and neither was perfect.
Idk if it’s just that significant or if it’s having them align but it made tree leaves just look individual and pop for me. I was staring at every tree and saying how they look so cool and it was only later that I learned this common tree meme among people who get glasses.
I paid for eye insurance when I first landed a “real” job that has benefits and got an eye check up and the optometrist was like “you’re just barely off from 20/20, not really even a prescription” and i was like oh geez what a waste of time.
And then I put on the pair of glasses and it was like this. Just every tree looked magical.
idk, I’m a meat eater and if it wasn’t for vegans evangelizing I really wouldn’t know how messed up meat production is. We allow some seriously cruel shit to fellow sentient beings, far beyond just killing them, and no one wants to think about it.
do you know what satire is?
I’ll add to the others that A LOT of places don’t make bagels well. If it feels like you’re just eating bread then it’s not a good bagel. It should be chewy but also somewhat hard on the outside. A good bagel also doesn’t need to be toasted because it’s fresh.
I know you’re kinda just making a dig, but it is skewed really strangely. If you can generally hit advanced without explicitly training except for pushups, then a person who regularly trains upperbody strength should be able to do significantly more on the other workouts unless they were only training upperbody.
Americans have really white teeth compared to the rest of the world, especially in hollywood
can’t both be true though?
sure, but you also said the following in reaction to the OP link
Are you totally fine with the moral consequences of enforced veganism on the entire human population? I’m asking this because you must also understand that there are going to be seriously detrimental and inescapable outcomes associated with that as well.
No one said “enforced veganism.” it’s weird that your reaction to this article is to dismiss it because forcing the world to be vegan overnight isn’t feasible.
the meat industry wasn’t planned out and implemented, you could argue it literally took all of human existence working on it to get to this point.
People can complain about the system and try to make it better without having all of the answers
Instead, she suggests pigs could be genetically bred to have a less violent reaction to CO2
there’s a lot of messed up shit in that article but this is so sinister
did anything ever happen after the videos were released?
you probably just notice that because it doesn’t make sense from your perspective.
it’s probably more cost efficient for advertisers to just throw relevant ads at potential groups. Determining whether an individual already has the item is a waste of resources, and you probably don’t notice when the ads are things you don’t own.
with stuff like this, usually the objective is to advertise based on patterns across purchase histories
I know this is gonna sound annoying but I just use vim for stuff like this. Even notepad++ has a macro thing too, right? My coworkers keep saying how much of a productivity boost it is but all I see it do is mess up stuff like this that only takes a few seconds in vim to setup and I know it’ll be correct every time
thanks is “takk” which sounds like “taco” without the “o” 🤷♂️
I always wondered if the Norwegian’s love of tacos comes from it sounding kinda like “thank you” in Norwegian
the reason for this is kinda funny
