Scholar’s Lore is crazy good for that. I don’t listen to anything during a night’s sleep, but I love settling in for a nap with his channel going. Even though I love 40k and that’s my favorite lore channel, the scholarly AI voice and music are great for relaxing. Listening to the horrors of an unforgiving universe is so calming… Then I wake up and listen for real.
