I understand when people speak about the ethical problems with eating meat, but I think they do not apply to fish.

There is no fishly life being lived out, after you quietly kill the fish. But then who are we to not spawn as many fish as possible, to maximize this good called a fish’s life? What if we kill the fish without pain or warning, and cause two new fish to be born. Does it pay for the killing of the fish?

Why?
Because killing is killing.
There is loss of fish experience I guess. Or, lack of it. There is no fishly life being lived out, after you quietly kill the fish.
But then who are we to not spawn as many fish as possible, to maximize this good called a fish’s life?
